MEET THE FOUNDER

Why H.E.R. Amplified Exists

Hi, I’m Sharissa Bradley—an author, publisher, educator, podcast host, and the founder of H.E.R. Amplified.

This work began with a desire to help women find funding for their books and creative projects. Through years of conversations with authors, entrepreneurs, and community leaders, I realized the need was much broader. Women were not only looking for funding; they were looking for trustworthy information, greater visibility, meaningful connections, and spaces where their work would be taken seriously.

Project Seed Money grew into H.E.R. Amplified—Hear Every Ripple—to reflect that larger vision. Today, the platform brings together funding opportunities, practical resources, educational events, interviews, and community connections designed to help women’s voices, stories, ideas, and work travel farther.

I believe that when one woman receives the support she needs to move her work forward, the impact rarely stops with her. It reaches her readers, clients, family, community, and everyone touched by what she creates. That is the ripple H.E.R. Amplified exists to help carry.
